All are great to make and eat to ensure that you are following a healthy eating plan. But they are also beneficial for different types of conditions.
Heart Healthy Recipes and High Fiber Recipes were developed with lower fat and salt and higher fiber to benefit people with heart, cholesterol and hypertensive problems.
Low Glycemic Recipes were developed for people with PCOS and diabetes related problems.
Anti-inflammatory recipes were developed to help with any type of inflammation occurring in the body, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and muscle aches.
Alkaline Based Recipes were developed for people with high acidic diets, ovarian cysts and yeast/Candida problems.
Vegetarian Recipes were developed with vegetarians in mind, but going vegetarian for at least one day a week is beneficial to us all.
